Zoey's High Doggie Diner
by: Judy tarbell

Our grandog, Zoey, a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever, inspired my making of High Doggie Diners. She used to lay down to eat, not because she was tired, but because her head was so far from her bowl. Research showed that her digestion would be enhanced by a correctly sized table at which to eat. This High Doffie Diner also eases the stress on her neck and leg joints when she eats. This diner is made from recycled old-growth, straight-grain fir, mined from a remodel of the local middle school.
